Befrienders

Befrienders Malaysia is a non-profit organisation offering free, confidential emotional support for anyone feeling distressed, lonely, or suicidal, through its 24-hour helpline and other outreach services.

Malaysian Mental Health Association (MMHA)

Pertubuhan Kebajikan Sneham Malaysia (Sneham Welfare Organisation Malaysia)

SNEHAM Malaysia is a non-profit organisation that provides a toll-free, confidential helpline where individuals in crisis can speak with trained volunteers in Tamil, Bahasa Malaysia, or English.

Talian Kasih

A 24/7 national hotline by Malaysia's Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development offering free, confidential support, referrals, and assistance for issues such as domestic violence, child abuse, homelessness, welfare, counselling, reproductive health, and social concerns.

Talian Heal

Talian Heal is a mental health crisis helpline run by the Ministry of Health that provides tele-counseling, emotional and psychosocial support, and early intervention for issues like anxiety, depression, stress, self-harm, trauma, and suicidal behavior.

All Women's Action Society (AWAM)

AWAM is an independent feminist non-profit organization dedicated to advancing women’s rights in Malaysia. AWAM’s Telenita Helpline is dedicated to addressing the immediate needs of violence survivors with free well-being counseling and legal information.

Women's Aid Organisation (WAO)

WAO offers free shelter, counselling, crisis support, and advocacy services to women and children affected by domestic violence, rape, trafficking, and other forms of abuse.

MyPositive Parenting

The largest collection of parenting articles in Malaysia to support and guide parents in various aspects of parental, child/teenage, and family care. This educational parenting program is endorsed by Malaysian experts and the Malaysian Paediatric Association.

Yayasan Chowkit

A 24-hour crisis and drop-in centre for at-risk children and youth in Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur, providing safe accommodation and support.

Youth Empowerment Foundation Malaysia (YEF MSIA)

YEF MSIA offers transit housing and support for at-risk and underprivileged youth, helping them further their education and skills development.
