Open communication with your child helps them feel more comfortable to talk to you about what is going on in their lives. This module provides tips on how to encourage open communication and make the time to connect with your child.

Establishing clear family rules can help guide children's behaviour by setting out what behaviours are and are not acceptable in your family. This module will help you to understand how to work with your child to set boundaries and consequences that everyone can follow and what you can do when things sometimes don't go to plan.

Indian Mother of a 15-year old girl

I like this program. I think it will benefit a lot of parents out there because it's accessible. There are a lot of parenting books out there, but not everyone has the time to actually pick a book and read it and all that. So I feel this program will be a great way for them to know (learn) things.

Malay mother of a 16-year old boy

Nowadays, people are more concerned about teenagers' mental health, their families and all that. This program is helpful to remind parents of the basics, to remain positive and it's like a guideline for parents and their children to communicate. This is a good and suitable program.

Malay Father of a 14-year old girl

Well, as all parents know there are no manuals when the kids come. And this program is about parenting, right? So yeah, to see it presented like this is obviously very helpful.

Chinese Father of a 15-year old boy

It's a very structured and neutral kind of platform. So you know, you go to it. You don't need to go and ask your friend, or talk to your family, or what. You can look for help or advice, or some ideas that you know are credible, because it's been designed thoughtfully. I know that it's not some random thing you pick up on the Internet kind of thing. So this is good.
